Solomillo de Buey a las Mil Pimientas

Este plato se prepara con una ración de solomillo perfectamente limpio de unos 250 Gr. Y preparamos una salsa a base de multiples pimientas rosa, blanca, negra, verde etc… y la presentamos de acompañamiento a la carne. Una escolta sin igual.
